The Cannelloni is stuffed with lobster meat, shrimp, bay scallops, cheese, and a splash of parmigiana cheese and baked in the oven. Topped with a light, creamy Alfredo sauce, fresh spinach, shaved lobster, melted shredded cheese, and a side of garlic bread.
A 6 oz. lobster tail is cooked in white wine, lobster stock, crushed red pepper, marinara sauce, parsley, green chives, garlic, and rainbow cherry tomatoes served over linguine with a side of garlic bread
Grilled shrimp, mixed peppers, and white onions are on a skewer and served with lemon, Pico de Gallo, melted butter and a side of Caribbean rice and grilled corn on the cob.
10 buffalo wings are served with a side of fries, celery, carrots, and a splash of parsley. Choice of mild, medium, hot, lemon pepper or barbecue sauce. Choice of bleu cheese or ranch dressing.
